摘要
采用反应挤出方法制备了废聚丙烯 /废轮胎胶粉 /废尼龙短纤维 (WPP/GRT/WSF)复合材料 ,讨论了螺杆转速、机头温度对WPP/GRT/WSF复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,当螺杆转速为15r/min ,机头温度为 185~ 195℃时 ,WPP/GRT/WSF复合材料的力学性能达到最佳 ,拉伸强度为13.6MPa ,冲击强度为 2 5 .2kJ/m2 。按照最佳配方和工艺挤出管材的拉伸强度为 4 .6MPa ,冲击强度为5 .4kJ/m2 ,爆破压力为 0 .6
WPP/GRT/WSF composites were prepared by reaction extrusion process.The effects of screw rate and die temperature on mechanical properties of the composites were discussed.The mechanical properties of the composites were the best when speed of screw was 15 r/min and die temperature was 185~195 ℃,and the optimal tensile strength was 13.6 MPa,the optimal impact strength was 25.2 kJ/m 2. The tubes were got according to optimal recipe and technique conditions, tensile strength of the tube was 4.6 MPa,impact strength was 5.4 kJ/m 2,and optimal exploding pressure was 0.69 MPa.
