摘要
为观察臭氧水对串珠镰孢菌及烟曲菌的杀灭效果 ,采用悬液定量杀菌试验进行了实验研究。结果 ,以含 4mg/L臭氧水作用 1min ,对串珠菌杀灭率为 99.86 % ,作用 3min可杀灭 10 0 % ,以同样浓度臭氧水对烟曲菌作用 5min的杀灭率为 99.5 7%。结果指出 ,臭氧水对真菌具有比较强的杀灭作用。
In order to observe the efficacy of ozone water in killing Fusarium moniliforme and Aspergillus fumigatus, suspension quantitative germicidal test was used to carry out experimental study. The results showed that 4 mg/L ozone water killed 99.86% of F. moniliforme after contact for 1 min and could killed 100% after contact for 3 min. The ozone water at same concentration with a 5 min contact time killed 99.57% of A. fumigatus. The results indicate that the ozone water has relatively strong fungicidal efficacy.
