The Primary Study on the Changes of Regional Cerebral Blood Flow in Patients with Post Stroke Depression

目的 研究皮层下梗死伴抑郁患者的局部脑血流变化。方法 对 1 7名单一皮层下梗死病灶的卒中患者进行99mTc SPECT脑血流灌注显象。结果 抑郁组与非抑郁组相比 ,梗死灶同侧的额叶皮层的脑血流明显减少 ,这种血流的降低与抑郁的严重程度相关。结论 额叶皮层的灌注减少可能反映了神经功能失联络 。

Objective TO investigate local cerebral blood flow changes in patients with depression after a subcortical stroke.Method 17 patients with a single subcortical lesion were examined with regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) 99m Tc SPECT imaging.Results Cerebral blood flow values were significantly lower in depressed patients than in nondepressed patients in the frontal cortex of the affected hemisphere.Cerebral blood flow values in the frontal cortex of the affected hemisphere significantly correlated with the severity of depression.Conclusions Frontal lobe hypoperfusion may reflect a diaschisis,suggesting that this location may be critical for the occurrence of depressive symptoms in patients with subcortical stroke.
