偏头痛的临床特征与治疗

Clinical Characteristics and Treatment of Migraine

目的 探讨偏头痛的临床特点、实验室检查及治疗。方法 对 2 6 7例偏头痛患者的临床表现、血流变、TCD、影像学改变及治疗方法进行分析。结果 (1 )偏头痛发病率女性是男性的 3.5倍 ;(2 )高发年龄在 2 6～ 5 3岁 ;(3)有阳性家族史的占5 4 6 % ;(4 )头痈发作存在许多促发因素 ;(5 )头TCD检查血流速度增快或减慢者占 5 8.9%、脑电异常率 1 9.6 %、头CT发现第五脑室者 2 3.4 % ;(6 )不同程度的偏头痛需用不同类别的药物治疗。结论 偏头痛有其遗传易感性、特定的促发因素、特征性的反复发作的临床表现 ,恰当的早期防治结合用药 。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics,lab examination and treatlnent of migraine.Methods 267 migraine patients’clinical characteristics,hemorheology,TCD,image changes and treatment were analysed.Results (1)The incidence of migraine in female is 3.5 times as many as male.(2)The high incidence range is in 26～53 years.(3)In positive family history with 54.6%.(4)There are many predisposing factors.(5)TCD changes in 58.9% EEG abnormality rate is 19.6%,the fifth ventricles are found in 23.4% patients.(6)Different severity patients should have diftierent theraputic methods.Conclusion Migraine has gcnetic susceptibility,speciific predisposing, characteristics in cinlinical manifestation.Proper early prophylatic treatment could obviously reduce the frequency and severity of migraine attacks.
