白色葡萄球菌苯丙氨酸提取和镇咳作用的研究

Study on Phenylalanine Extract and Antitussive Action of Staphylococcus Albus

目的 :研究白色葡萄球菌苯丙氨酸提取物的镇咳作用。方法 :采用颗粒活性炭吸附苯丙氨酸。结果 :从白色葡萄球菌盐酸水解液中成功地提取出了白色结晶物 ,通过氨基酸分析仪检测为苯丙氨酸 ,镇咳试验显示有明显的中枢性止咳功能。结论 :直接证实了苯丙氨酸是白色葡萄球菌的止咳成份之一。

Objective: To Study the antitussive effects of phenylalanine extract of Staphylococcus albus .Method: Phenylalanine was absorbed with particle activated carbon.Result: The white crystals were successfully separated from hydrolysate hydrochloride of Staphylococcus albus , phenylalanine was rapidly determined by amino acid analyser, It exhibited a obvious centre antitussive effect by antitussive test.Conclusion: This study directly confirmed that phenylalanine is one of antitussive agents involving Staphylococcus albus . It has a certain action for enhancing and controlling the quality of “ Staphylococcus albus tablets”.
