维肝福泰片中人参皂苷R_(g1)的HPLC测定

Content Determination of Ginsenosides R_(g1) in Weiganfutai Tablets by HPLC

目的 :建立维肝福泰片中人参皂苷Rg1的含量测定方法。方法 :HPLC法 ,流动相 :乙腈 - 0 .4 %磷酸溶液 (2 0 .5∶79 .5 )为流动相 ;检测波长为 2 0 3nm ;柱温 4 0℃。结果 :人参皂苷Rg1线性范围为 0 .32～ 3.82 μg ,平均回收率99.1% ,RSD为2 .4 %。结论 :方法可靠 ,简单可行 。

Objective: To set up a method for content determination of ginsenosides Rg 1 in Weiganfutai tablets.Method: HPLC was used,mobile phase was acetonitrile - 0.4% H 3PO 4 solution( 20.5 ∶ 79.5 ),the delection wavelength was at 203 nm. Result: The standard curve was linear within a range of 0.32 3.82 μg. The average recovery was 99.1% , RSD = 2.4% . Conclusion: This method is accurate,reliable,it provides a scientic index for controlling the quality of Bushenbanlong tablets.
