复方土金颗粒质量标准的研究

Study on Quality Standard of Compound Tujin Granules

目的 :对复方土金颗粒进行质量标准研究。方法 :采用薄层色谱法对复方土金颗粒进行定性鉴别 ;采用高效液相色谱法测定复方土金颗粒中的甘草酸的含量。结果 :该方法的线性范围为 1.0～ 10 .1μg ,平均回收率为98.2 3%。结论 :方法可行 ,重复性好 。

Objective: To study a quality standard for Tujin granules.Method: Compound Tujin granules was identified by TLC, the glycyrrhizic acid in compound Tujin granules was determined by HPLC.Result: The linear relationship was within a range of 1.1 10.1 μg. The average recovery was 98.2% .Conclusion: The methods are available with a good reproducibility and used for quality control of this preparation.
