RP-HPLC法同时测定合剂中麻黄碱、苯海拉明的含量

Simultantous Determination of Ephedrine Hydrochloride and Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride in Mixture by HPLC

目的 :用RP HPLC法同时测定小儿麻黄碱苯海拉明合剂中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的含量。方法 :采用C18色谱柱 ,流动相为乙腈 - 0 .0 2mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠溶液 三乙胺 (5 2∶4 8∶0 .1) ,用磷酸调 pH3.5 ,检测波长 2 5 4nm。结果 :盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸苯海拉明的线性范围分别为 (0 .5 0 0 8～ 5 .0 0 8μg和0 .5 0 32～ 5 .0 32 ) μg ,平均回收率分别为99.6 % (RSD=0 .8% )和 10 0 .2 % (RSD =1.0 % ) (n =6 )。结论 :该法可同时测定合剂中盐酸麻黄碱。

Objective: To establish a method for simultaneous detemination of ephedrine hydrochloride and Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride in mixture by HPLC.Method: Ephedrine hydrochlorid and diphenhydramine hydrochloride were eluted with acetonitrile 0.02 mol·l -1 sodium lauryl sulfate solution (CH 3CH 2) 3N(52∶48∶ 0.1 )on C 18 column, the detecting wavelength was at 254 nm.Result: The linear range was within 0.5008 5.008 μg,the average recovery was 99.6% ( n =6), RSD = 0.8 % for ephedrine hydrochloride, and a linear range was within 0.5032 5.032 μg, the average recovery was 100.2% ( n =6), RSD = 1.0% in diphenhydramine hydrochloride.Conclusion: This method is accurate for the simultaneous determination of both constituents in this mixture.
