Realizing Technology on Integrated Intelligent Network

摘要 结合文献理论的研究,采用与固定电话智能网对比的研究方法,分析了综合智能网的特点、组成结构和运用前景,并提出了两段式实现设想:第一步,在服务的底层调用应用编程接口(API),将多种电信协议进行映射;第二步,实现业务控制点(SCP)的软件架构向开放服务结构(OSA)过渡。在对服务需求的增长和市场竞争日益剧烈的背景下,电信运营商需要一个能有效地利用原有的网络,同时能为多个网络的用户提供统一的业务解决方案。综合智能网是电信运营商的一个比较理想的选择。 Comparing with the existing intelligent network, this paper analyses the characteristics, structure and the future applications of the integrated intelligent network. Meanwhile, two steps are also proposed to realize the integrated intelligent network, that is, call the application programming interface(API) in the basic service layer to realize the mapping of different protocols and, realize the transition from the software structure of service control point(SCP) to open services architecture(OSA). To face the ever-increasing service demands and ever-intensifying market competitions, telecom carriers are desirous of a solution, which utilizes existing network capable of launching integrated services for multi-network users. Integrated intelligent network is an ideal choice to the telecom carriers.
