Learning organization as a leading management theory in the world has been studied and widely used in the western countries.At the same time,it draws the great concern of the administration field and the enterprises in particular.In this article,the meaning of learning organization,the principles and the way to establish learning organization are studied and discussed.We hope it will play an active role in the establishment of learning enterprises in our country.
