目的 :研究酚氯伪缓释片释放度的试验条件。方法 :采用“桨法加沉降篮”的溶出度测定方法 ,用 0 .1mol/L盐酸溶液和不同pH值的缓冲液作介质。结果与结论 :用 0 .1mol/L盐酸液作介质 ,转速 10 0r/min时 ,本品与国外的Clariflu
Objective: to determine the test conditions for dissolution rate of loratadina+pseudoefedrina+paracetamol sustained-release tablets. Methods: Paddle stirring and rotating basket method was used to determine the release rate with different solvants of 0.1 mol/L HCl and various buffers. Results: the release curve of loratadina+pseudoefedrina+paracetamol sustained-release tablets was similar to that of Clariflu of Schering with 0.1 mol/L HCl as solvant with the speed of 100 r/min.
