Application of New Boiler Technology in Datong No.2 Power Plant

国电电力大同第二发电厂二期扩建工程 2× 6 0 0MW锅炉是东方锅炉集团与英国三井 -巴布科克公司进行技术合作设计、制造。该锅炉有一些独特的结构特点 ,这些结构特点为该锅炉带来了优良的性能 :如较好地解决了锅炉启动、负荷变动、停炉及故障下锅炉热应力大、损伤锅炉等问题 ;较好地防止了受热面上灰渣的沉积 ;使锅炉的维护、运行、检修更方便。

The boilers (2×600 MW) being constructed in SP Datong No.2 Power Plant were designed and manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Corporation and Britain Mitsui Babcock Company. The boilers have certain unique structural features,which result in excellent performance of boilers,including solution of boiler start-up,variation of loads,big thermal stress of boilers under shutdown and failure,damage to boiler,etc.. These features are helpful to prevent the heating surface from slag precipitation and convenient for boiler maintenance,operation and repair.
