摘要
通过对金刚石进行表面处理的方法来改善金刚石磨具的加工特性 ,进而达到提高其加工效率和使用寿命 ,是上世纪 70年代以来国内外学者研究的热点。人们研究和探索了各种不同的表面处理材料和加工工艺 ,并逐渐开始关注金刚石表面处理过程的机理研究和处理前后的性能改变。本文在国内外相关文献资料的基础上 ,综述了该领域在使用材料到镀覆工艺的应用和发展情况 ,并介绍了一些在该领域的最新研究成果。
Surface treatment of diamond can improve the working ability of diamond grinding tools and thus reinforce its processing efficiency and working life. From 1970's it was a topic of general interest for the scholars to research. People have explored various material and technology of surface treatment and began to follow with interest the research on mechanism during the process of surface treatment and the change of performances after treatment. This paper summarizes the applications and developments of diamond surface treatment and introduces some new achievements in this field.
