摘要
本文介绍了多片型冲研磨页轮新工艺的研制过程 ,详细阐述了多片型冲工艺的关键技术和该工艺所具有的优点。经生产应用证明 :多片型冲工艺先进、实用 ,能全面提高研磨页轮的外观和内在质量 ,生产效率比传统工艺提高几十倍 ,可满足规模化生产要求。
This article introduces a new manufature technology for multisheet shape-punched flap wheel and describes the key technology and its advantages. Production and application proves that this technology is advanced, practical, can improve the appearance & quality of flap wheel and can meet requirements of mass production. The production efficiency of this new technology is several tens of times higher than that of traditional technology.
