讨论了阴极发射能力与极化电场之间关系 ,一般情况为指数 =3的幂指数关系 ,极化电场达到 1.6kV/mm时 ,发射电流受空间电荷限制 ,服从修正后的空间电荷限制定律 ;当极化电场 <2kV/mm时 ,发射电子的初始能量可达18.2keV ;
IN THIS PAPER, BY THE ELECTRON EMISSION EXPERIMENT ON THE PLZT SAMPLES, THE AUTHORS INDICATE THAT THE EMITTED CURRENT IS EXPONENTIAL WITH THE TRIGGER ELECTRIC FIELD AND THE EXPONENT IS EQUAL TO 3. BUT WHEN THE TRIGGER ELECTRIC FIELD IS UP TO 1.6KV/MM, THE SPACE CHARGE WILL LIMIT THE INCREASE OF EMISSION CURRENT. AND THE POSITIVE POLARITY TRIGGER PULSE HAS BETTER RESULT ON THE EMISSION CURRENT THAN NEGATIVE PULSE WHEN THE TRIGGER ELECTRIC EMISSION ELECTRON IS UP TO 18.2KEV.
