THIS PAPER DISCUSSES THE ADVANTAGES OF FREQUENCY CONVERSION METHOD OF GROUND RESISTANCE MEASUREMENT AND INTRODUCES THE DESIGN REQUIREMENTS AND PRINCIPLE DIAGRAM OF THE FREQUENCY-CHANGING POWER, AND THE METHOD OF GAINING SPWM PULSE. THE DRIVING AND PROTECTIVE CIRCUITS AND MAIN SPECIFICATION OF THIS POWER ARE GIVEN IN THIS PAPER.
