基于电子商务环境下的企业对企业是一种知本性合作 ,这种合作是企业商务活动的重要资源。它将能够增进双方利益的知识、智力、创新能力转化为可持续发展价值资源和长期合作关系的维系力量。虚拟媒体以其快速性和广泛性的传播从正负两方面光大了企业信誉。信任是其基础 ,电子商务的竞争机制和竞争规律推动信任情感的市场价值在虚拟空间中充分发挥。在此基础上双方通过知本性整合 ,最大限度地发挥企业的知本性价值 ,努力追求一致性的价值目标和柔性适应。
The B2B based on E-Business circumstance is featured as an intellectual capitali zed cooperative management and is an important resource for the business activit ies between enterprises. It converts those knowledge,intelligence,and innovati ve capability,which can promote enterprises' interests,into the valuable reso urces to maintain sustainable development,and into the power to support long-te rm cooperation relationship. Virtual media's rapid and wide spreading has public ized enterprises' credit standings from both positive and negative. Trust is the essential for cooperative management. The competitive mechanisms and laws for t he e-business have promoted the trustworthiness attitude's market value that may be getting sufficiently development in virtual space. Through deep intellectual capitalized integration based on above mentioned,both parties can increase the best intellectual capitalized value,and strive to pursue uniformity value targ ets and flexibility fit.
