摘要
造纸生产分为备浆及纸机两个过程.备浆过程是为造纸准备纸浆原料,然后按照不同的纸质要求,将各种原料按一定的比例在混合罐中充分混合.在这个过程中,控制各种原料在混合罐中添加的比例极为重要,它直接影响纸的质量,如纸的柔韧度及可拉伸度等.根据生产工艺及控制要求,设计了计算机中控制回路及计算算法,以及实现各种原料准确的比例设置及控制;利用计算机的人机界面上的优势,设计了友好的人机界面,使比例的设置更加方便、快捷,并能随时观察比例控制的结果.该方法已应用到实际生产中,实现了原料配比,生产出较高质量的纸张.实践证明:该方法稳定、可靠,有较好的经济效益.
Papermaking is generally divided into two processes pulp preparation and paper production. The process of pulp preparation prepares pulp for paper production. Then,it fully mixes all the raw materials in the pulp in a certain proportion in the mixing tank according to different requirements of the quality of paper. In the pulp preparation process,it is vital to control the proportion of all the raw materials,for it relates directly to the quality of the final product,such as the pliability and stretchness of paper. This paper designed a control loop and algorithm in computer so as to realize accurate setting and control the proportion of all the raw materials in accordance with the requirements in production process and control. It designed a user friendly man machine interface so that the control of proportion could be quicker and more convenient and the result of the proportional control could be observed at any time. The approach discussed in the paper has been applied in actual production. The automatic control of proportion of raw materials in pulp preparation process has been finally realized. Quality paper has already been produced. The method has been proved to be stable and reliable and has brought about a good economic profit.
