唐徕渠灌区农业节水的现状及措施

摘要 唐徕渠灌区农业用水占各业用水总量的90%以上.目前,农业种植结构主要为小麦和水稻,其灌水方式主要为大水漫灌和淹灌,渠系水利用率低下.根据宁夏引黄灌区特点,农业节水可采取调整作物结构,衬砌各级渠道,推广畦田灌水和水稻控灌以及微灌技术,充分利用地下水和回归水,实行水价机制等措施.节约的水量可向生态、旅游、城镇和工业等方面转移,以期实现水资源的合理配置和高效利用. Water use in Tanglai Ditch Agriculture Irrigation Area accounted for over 90%of the overall water consumption. At present, agricutural planting structure focuses on wheat and rice, and it requires large amount of water irrigation. So the use of canal water is lower. Based on characteristics of the Yellow River irrigation in Ningxia, agricultural water use can be saved through adapting crop structure, building multi step irrigation ditch, generalizing water saving irrigation techniques, making good use of underground water and collective water and carrying on different water price system etc. The saved water can be shifted to other fields like ecology, tourism, town, and industry, to realize rational use of water resource with high effects.
