摘要
应用钢的控制轧制理论,在Gleeble-2000热模拟实验机上进行了H型钢的奥氏体再结晶模拟轧制,并配合必要的金相组织实验,研究了加热温度和再结晶区轧制道次变形量对最终组织及晶粒度的影响规律,为现场生产制订出比较合理的控轧工艺,开发出高强韧性H型钢产品。
Applying the controlled rolling and controlled cooling theory of steel,the authors took simulation rolling of microalloyed H-beam in austenite recrystallized zone using Gleeb-2000,and analyzed the metallographic structure of experimental samples.The affect of heat temperature and rolling pass reduction on final organization and grain size was discussed.Based on the results of simulation test,the reasonable controlled rolling process is worked out for developing high strength and ductility H-beam product.
