摘要
阐述了全保偏光纤加速度矢量传感器的基本工作原理,进行了三维探头结构设计,对系统的谐振频率和加速度灵敏度进行了理论分析,并进行了一维光纤加速度传感器实验,验证了这种全保偏光纤加速度矢量传感器的谐振频率和加速度灵敏度理论分析和结构设计的合理性。
The theory of all polarization-maintaining fiber-optic vector accelerometer is represented. The structure of three-dimensional accelerometer is designed. The sensitivity and resonance frequency of mandrel fiber-optic accelerometer are analyzed. The experimental results of one-dimensional fiber-optic accelerometer have demonstrated the rationality of theoretic analysis and structural design.
