唾液腺腺癌VEGF和NOS的表达与癌细胞增殖关系的研究 被引量:1

Correlation of carcinoma cell proliferation and expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and nitric oxide synthase in salivary glands adenocarcinoma

摘要 目的:研究唾液腺腺癌组织血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)、内皮型一氧化氮合酶(eNOS)的表达与癌细胞增殖的相关性。方法:应用免疫组化方法检测47例唾液腺腺癌手术切除标本VEGF、iNOS、eNOS和增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的分布及表达。结果:①30例(63.83%)唾液腺腺癌组织表达VEGF,31例(65.96%)表达iNOS;33例(70.21%)表达eNOS;②VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性,VEGF与eNOS的表达无明显相关性;③表达VEGF的唾液腺腺癌PCNA标记指数(PLI)明显高于不表达VEGF的唾液腺腺癌;表达iNOS的唾液腺腺癌PLI明显高于不表达iNOS的唾液腺腺癌。表达eNOS的唾液腺腺癌PLI与不表达eNOS的唾液腺腺癌无显著差异(P>O.05)。结论:①VEGF与iNOS的表达具有明显相关性,说明iNOS在VEGF的生成和发挥作用过程中起重要作用;②PLI随着VEGF和iNOS表达的增加而增加;说明两者对唾液腺腺癌细胞增殖具有促进作用。 PURPOSE: To study the relation of protein expression of inducible nitric oxide synthase(iNOS), endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VECF)as related to salivary glands adenocarcinoma proliferation. METHODS: Salivary glands adenocarcinoma tissue specimens were obtained from 47 patients undergoing operation,by using the immunohistochemistry technique, the expression of iNOS, eNOS and VEGF and the expression as well as the distribution of PCNA(proliferating ce11 unclear angigen,PCNA) were studied.RESULTS: ①Positive VEGF and iNOS and eNOS immunostaining were detected in 30(63.83%),31(65.96%)and 33(70.21%)patients with salivary glands adenocarcinoma, respectively.②Expression of VEGF bore a significant positive relation to iNOS, but not to eNOS. ③PLI(PCNA labelling index) in VEGF and iNOS positive case was significantly higher than that in VEGF and iNOS negative cases. No difference of PLI level was noted in both eNOS positive and negative cases.CONCLUSIONS: ①VEGF and iNOS bear a significant positive correlationship in salivary glands adenocarcinoma, showing that iNOS ,rather than eNOS, plays an important role in VEGF production.②PLI increased with the increment of VEGF and iNOS expression.
