HSP70/bcl-2蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其与放疗预后的关系 被引量:2

PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF HSP70 AND bcl-2 PROTEIN IN CERVICAL CARCINOMA RADIOTHERAPY

摘要 目的:探讨HSP70、bcl蛳2在宫颈癌放疗中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法对常规甲醛固定,石蜡包埋的宫颈浸润性鳞癌64例标本,分别检测癌组织中放疗前HSP70、bcl蛳2蛋白的表达,并对其进行定期随访。结果:HSP70在宫颈癌细胞中过表达,其表达与病理分级呈正相关(P < 0.01);与放疗后近期疗效呈正相关(P<0.01);高表达组与低表达组相比1 a、3 a无病生存期显著降低(P<0.01);bcl蛳2蛋白表达与病理分级呈负相关(P <0.05);不表达组放疗后肿瘤消退显著(P <0.01);其1 a、3 a无病生存期显著低于阳性表达组(P <0.05)。结论:HSP70表达水平可以作为宫颈癌细胞增生、分化及远期疗效判定的指标;bcl蛳2蛋白表达可作为远期疗效判定的标志。 Objective: To examine if HSP70 and Bcl- 2 protein expression had treatment benefit in cervical cancer patients received radiotherapy. Methods: Heat shock protein 70KD (HSP70) and bcl- 2 protein immunoreactivity were studied respectively for 60 invasive squamous cell carcinoma (ISCC) cases before administration radiotherapy by immunohistochemical staining. Associations between protein expressions and clinical outcomes- survival were evaluated. Results: The median follow- up time was 38 months. Expressions of HSP70 and bcl- 2 were observed in 64 (100 %) and 34(57.7 %) patients. Expression of HSP70 was correlated with increasing histological grade (P<0.01), but that of bcl- 2 was not (P<0.01). After administration radiotherapy, strong HSP70 immunostaining and negative bcl- 2 immunostaining had good treatment effect than that of weak HSP70 immunostaining (P<0.01). 1- year and 3- year disease free survivals (DFS)were associated with decreasing HSP70 and increasing bcl- 2 immunostaining (P<0.05). Conclusion: These results showed that HSP70 may play an important role in tumor cell proliferation, differentiation. HSP70bcl- 2 protein expression indicated a maker of effect. HSP70 but not bcl- 2 expression had favorable response to radiotherapy.
