自发性实体肿瘤溶解综合征1例报告及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 目的:研究自发性实体肿瘤溶解综合征(STLS)临床特点及处理方法。方法:口服别嘌醇、碱化尿液、再水合。结果:临床表现及血液生化数据均有所改善。结论:恶性肿瘤患者突发性高尿酸症、高钾血症和急性肾衰竭时应警惕STLS。
