超细WC-Co硬质合金注射成形技术的研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 超细WC Co硬质合金具有超高强度和硬度的特点 ,在各行业获得越来越广泛的应用。粉末注射成形技术 (PIM )可以以低成本的优势制备超细硬质合金制品 ,制品尺寸精度高、形状复杂程度高 ,因此获得了越来越多研究者的关注。本文综述了超细硬质合金注射成形技术的工艺特点、技术研究现状以及目前存在的主要问题 。 The superfine WC-Co cemented carbide has extremely high strength and hardness,and is used widely in many industries. Powder injection molding(PIM)can fabricate superfine cemented carbides at a low cost with high dimension accuracy and high shape sophisticates,therefore more and more attention is focused on this technique.The characteristics,progress,probloms and prospect of superfine cemented carbides are summarized.
