摘要
针对原来加热炉水梁滑块结构、排列不合理造成的钢坯温度不均现象,改用新型孔洞式全热滑块。实践证明新型滑块设计合理、结构简单、施工方便、使用可靠,有效地提高了加热炉的热效率,减少了水梁黑印,改善了钢加热质量,明显的提高了带钢产量。
Because of unreasonable structure and arrangement of slipper of slideway in the heat furnace, the billet temperature is uneven. In view of the phenomenon a new type hole full-heat slipper is adopted. The practice shows that the new slipper is superior in its reasonable design, simple structure, and reliable and convenient operation. Furthermore, the heat efficiency of the furnace increase, the black seal of the slideway reduces, the quality of heating steel and the strip are all improved.
