针对天钢集团公司炼铁厂烧结车间265m2烧结机主传动柔性减速机出现的吊挂滚动轴承损坏和传动异响问题,分析了烧结机传动装置定位轴承受力情况,找出产生故障的原因,提出具体的改进措施和改造方案。经实践表明,效果良好。

According to the problems of the hanged rolling bearing damage and driving abnormal sound occurred in the main drive flexible reducer in the sintering workshop of the Iron-making Plant of Tiangang Group situation of the located bearing under force in the driving device of the sintering machine is analyzed. The reason of the trouble is found out, the concrete revamping measure and the schedule are put forward and carried out with good effect.
