摘要
以“南水北调工程成套设备研制项目”为依托,以.NET为平台,结合UML统一建模语言和COM+技术研发了基于网络的TBM隧道施工数据库系统。该系统反映掘进速度、掘进机工作状态参数、各施工工序循环作业时间、岩性与地质条件、围岩变位等主要施工信息,并解决TBM优化运行、运输方案优选及掘进后跟进支护系统的问题。
The database system for TBM tunnel construction based on internet is built in visualstudio. NET. It is one project of the subject-research on the Equipment of Water Transferring from South to North. The UML (Unified Modelling Language) and COM+ are used in this system. We can get the main working information including boring velocity, working parameters of boring machine, all operating time of working cycle, quality of rock and geology, deformation of tunnel rock and etc. We can optimize the machine running, and get optimal conveying method, the support protecting system behind the boring is also well solved.
