摘要
目的 :将蓝舌病毒湖北株 (BTV HbC)做为一种具有潜在性治疗效能的生物制剂来治疗MA782肿瘤。方法 :首先用BTV HbC病毒感染体外培养的MA782细胞。同时将MA782细胞接种于小鼠皮下 ,复制出了小鼠荷MA782肿瘤的动物模型 ,然后将BTV HbC病毒直接进行瘤体注射。结果 :小鼠荷MA782肿瘤的明显退缩 ,和体外处理的结果是一致的。结论 :证实了BTV HbC病毒是一种有效的治疗恶性肿瘤的新型生物制剂。
Objective: To investigate the BTV-HbC as a potential therapeutic agent against MA782 malignancy. Methods: MA782-cell was tested for susceptibility to BTV-HbC infection in vitro MA782 cell line was grown subcutaneously in mice and subsequently injected with BTV-HbC intratumorally. Results: Significant regression was observed in the MA782-induced tumor which was consistent with the results in vitro . Conclusion: BTV-HbC maybe an effective agent against several types of malignancies.
