摘要
目的 :研究中药复方制剂芪灵胶囊及其组成中单味中药的体外清除超氧阴离子自由基的能力。方法 :采用电子顺磁共振技术 ,观察芪灵胶囊及其组成中黄芪、淫羊藿、白豆蔻、鳖甲单味中药对模型体系中产生的O2 ·ˉ量的影响。结果 :在 10 %的相同浓度时 ,复方的作用优于单味中药 ;组分中黄芪、鳖甲对O2 ·ˉ的清除作用与药物浓度成正比关系 ,黄芪的清除作用最强 ,鳖甲次之 ;淫羊藿在药物浓度为 4 0 %的时候 ,表现出最大的清除效果 ,豆蔻在 80 %浓度时清除效果为最佳 ,随着药物浓度的增加 ,它们的清除作用反而下降。结论 :芪灵胶囊具有较高的体外清除O2 ·ˉ的作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the effects of Qiling capsule (QLC) and four kinds of natural medicines in the capsule on superoxide anion radicals (O 2· ˉ)in vitro. METHODS O 2· ˉ generated in the alkaline dimethyl sulfoxide system was used as a model system, and signals of O 2· ˉ were directly measured by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR). The effects of QLC and four kinds of natural medicines in the capsule on EPR signals of O 2· ˉ were observed. RESULTS The eliminating effect of QLC on O 2· ˉ was stronger than any single medicine in the capsule at 10% tested concentration. Astragalus membranaceu,one of the medicines had the best eliminating effect on O 2· ˉ, and Trionyx sinensis was second. Both of them were in the direct ratio of the effect to the tested concentration.Differed from them, Epimedium brevicornum and Amomum kravanh had the best eliminating effect on O 2· ˉ at 40% and 80% tested concentration respectively. CONCLUSION QLC has obvious eliminating effect on O 2· ˉ.
