半固态流变铸造镁合金浆料的组织特征 被引量:1

摘要 采用自制的镁合金半固态成形机组 ,研究半固态浆料的微观组织特征。结果表明 ,浆料的铜模激冷凝固得到的微观组织既不同于半固态压铸成形之后得到的近球状组织 ,也不同于镁合金液态压铸的细小枝晶组织 ,他是一种玫瑰状组织。 The microstructural characteristics of semi-solid slurry with a semi-solid casting machine made by ourselves have been studied. The result shows one named rose microstructure has been produced with copper mould casting of semi-solid slurry,and it is different from a near-spherical structure made by semi-solid rheocasting forming process, nor a small dendritic structure got by liquid die-casting. Furthermore the secondary stirring and shear during the die-casting of semi-solid slurry has the effect to promote formation of near-spherical non-dendritic structure.
