摘要
对截齿进行形变热处理 ,并对其形变热处理后的组织进行了观察。结果表明 :经 5 0 %形变后 ,获得了弯曲而相互交错的马氏体板条 ;形变淬火态位错密度较高 ,回火态位错结构发生了变化 ,形成了位错胞壁 ;大量细小而弥散的碳化物在马氏体内部及在位错线上析出。截齿的力学性能满足生产需要。
The microstructure of coal cutter after ausforming was studied . It is shown that lath martensite of bending and interlaced one another was obtained after 50% deformation,dislocation density of deformation quenching is higher , dislocation structure of tempering is changed and dislocation cell is formed,carbide of fine and dispersion precipitates on dislocation line and in martensite.
