摘要
介绍了自动生产线涂布作业的工艺流程 ,气动防自流喷涂头设计 ,多工位涂布机和自动涂布生产线的设计。分析了涂布作业起点与终点的选择以及设计制造应注意的问题。
The process flowchart of automatic production line and the design of pneumatic anti-flowing spraying device and multiple position spraying machine were introduced, and the selecting of operating point of begin and end and the problem for design and manufacturing were analyzed.
