摘要 CO2 是最有潜力的自然工质之一。综述了国内、外CO2 膨胀压缩机的研究现状 ,在分析现有膨胀压缩机的技术特点的基础上 ,指出机械强度、摩擦和泄漏 ,润滑油的选择及其动态特性是CO2 膨胀压缩机研究中存在的关键问题。在CO2 膨胀压缩机的研究中 ,应该充分考虑CO2 跨临界循环膨胀做功的特点 ,尽量减少其摩擦、泄漏及余隙容积损失 ,设计更为合理的进出口控制 ,促使CO2 CO_2 is one of the most potential natural working materials. The present situation of CO_2 expansion compressor at home and abroad was summarized. On the basis of analyzing the technical features of existing expansion compressors, it is pointed out that the key problems existed in the study of CO_2 expansion compressors are mechanical strength, friction and leakage, the choice of lubricants and their dynamic performance. In the study of CO_2 expansion compressor, sufficient considerations should be taken on features of doing work by expansion of CO_2 trans-critical cycling, reducing the friction and leakage and loss of volume by surplus clearance as far as possible, designing the more reasonable control of inlet and outlet, so as to impel further enhancement on the efficiency of CO_2 expansion machine.
