双通道煤粉燃烧器冷态流场激光粒子图像测速测试及完善

摘要 为提高火电厂锅炉双通道煤粉燃烧器的技术性能和使用寿命,利用计算机数值模拟和PIV(ParticleImage Velocimetry,激光粒子图像测速)技术联合开展了燃烧器性能实验研究,通过定量测试分析双通道燃烧器出口冷态流场特性,在保证不改变回流区结构的前提下,获得了提高一次风射流刚性,改善燃烧器性能的技术方法。 In order to raise the technical performance and operation life of dual channel pulverized coal combustor of utility boiler , the experimental study of combustor performance was launched jointly by using the computerized numerical simulation and particle image velocimetry(PIV) technology. Through quantitative testing and analysis of cold flow field charateristics at the exit of dual channel combustor, the technical method of increasing the stiffness of primary air jet and improving the performance of combustor was obtained on the premise of ensuring the configuration of recirculation zone not being changed.
