摘要
通过对沙角B电厂锅炉三冲量全程给水系统运行方式进行分析,提出把原二段串级控制系统改为一段控制系统的节能优化运行方案。在正常工况下,取消原给水控制阀的节流调节作用,直接由调速给水泵控制汽包水位,并针对系统运行的特点,在控制方面设计了特殊的安全应对措施。评估了该方案对机组运行的影响及降低厂用电的经济效益。
Based on the analysis of three-element boiler feed-water full-range control system in Shajiao B Power Plant, an energy-saving optimized operation scheme was proposed, in this scheme the original two-stage control system was transformed to one-stage control system. Under the normal conditions, the new system will directly balance the drum water level of boiler through adjusting the control valve which would bekept fully open. In light of the features of system operation, the special contingency measures for ensuring the safe operation of control system is designed. Finally in this paper, the impact of this scheme on the operation of generating unit and the energy-saving benefit are evaluated.
