摘要
以烧结板状刚玉、锆莫来石、石墨粉为原料,以Mn,Al,Si粉为添加剂,经成形、干燥后。
Al_20_3-ZrO_2-C Specimens are prepared using sintered tabular corundum,zirconiamullite and natural flaky graphite as raw materials,Mn,Al,Si as additives and phenolic resin as cement.The specimens are sintered at 1450 ℃.The oxide resistance and the slay resistance of the Al_20_3-ZrO_2-C materials are studied.Researing results show that oxide clayer of Al_20_3-ZrO_2-C materials decreases as the content of Mn increases.The oxide resistance and the slay resistance are good when the mass tation of manganese to carbon is 1∶4.The oxide clayer will increase when the content of Mn increases later on.
