摘要 用高频真空悬浮炉冶炼Mn5Ge2 8Sb0 2合金,经20h高能球磨制粉,制得粉末样品经600℃保温2h热处理. Mn_5Ge_(2.8)Sb_(0.2) alloy sample was prepared using high frequency vacuum levitation furnace,and the alloy powder samples were made from the as-cast alloy sample by high effective ball miller for 20 hours and then the powder sample was treated in vacuum furnace at 600℃ for an hour.By comparing the XRD patterns and the magnetocaloric effect T-BZΔT_(ad) curves of the Mn_5Ge_(2.8)Sb_(0.2) before and after heat treatment of the alloy samples prepared by high effective ball miller,the experiment shows that proper heat treatment can decrease the crystal lattice distortion of the alloy powder and improve its magnetocaloric property T-ΔT_(ad).
