摘要
利用透射电子显微镜观察了Fe Cu(w(Cu)=1.12%)高纯净钢不同温度固溶处理后的组织。
The microstructure of high purity Fe-Cu(w(Cu)=1.12%) steel in different solution temperature was investigated by means of transmission electron microscopy(TEM).Its hardness was characterized by Vikers microhardness measurements.The effect of soloution temperature on aging of steel containing copper was analyzed.The result showes that copper is not evenly distributed in matrix after solution treatment,but exists as a kind of uneven short distance ordering domain,whose microstructure affects the following aging behavior greatly.
