摘要
举例说明了城市震灾的严重危害性和防震减灾的现实紧迫性,进而阐释了依靠法制和科技建立防震灾3大工作体系的基本内容及城建抗震对策的要点。
The examples are gived to illustrate the serious hazard of earthquake to citits and the urgency of preventing earthqukes and reducing disasters.The content of the working system and the core of anti-seismic countermeasures are explained and put forward depending on the law and science and tehnology.
