扶正抑瘤颗粒对食管癌放疗患者红细胞免疫功能的影响

Effects of "Fuzheng Yiliu Granule" on Erythrocyte Immunity in Esophageal Carcinoma Patients on Chemotherapy

为观察扶正抑瘤颗粒 (主药 :红芪、当归、莪术、墓头回 )对红细胞免疫功能的影响 ,6 3例食管癌患者随机分成常规放疗组和放疗 +扶正抑瘤颗粒组。采用郭峰法测定放疗前和放疗 2 1d后患者红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC C3bRR)和红细胞黏附免疫复合物花环率 (RBC ICRR)。结果 :放疗前两组患者两红细胞免疫指标无明显差异 ,放疗 2 1天后扶正抑瘤颗粒组与常规放疗组RBC C3bRR分别是 10 0 3%、7 4 6 % ,P <0 0 1;RBC ICRR分别是 2 2 5 5 %、2 4 6 9% ,P <0 0 1。提示食管癌患者红细胞免疫功能紊乱 。

To observe the erythrocyte immunity of 'Fuzheng Yiliu Granule', 63 cases were randomized into two groups: treatment group in which 'Fuzheng Yiliu Granule' and chemotherapy were given and control group in which simple chemotherapy was given. RBC-C3b and RBC-ICRR were assayed respectively before and 21 days after chemotherapy. Results: After treatment, the RBC-C3bRR was 10.03% in treatment group and 7.46% in control group (P<0.01); the RBC-ICRR was 22.55% in treatment group and 24.69% in control group (P<0.01). It is indicated that 'Fuzheng Yiliu Granule' can remedy the disturbance of erythrocyte immunity.
