罂粟科植物的化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Progress on the Study of Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Action for the Plants of Papaveraceae

对近十几年来罂粟科植物化学成分及其生物活性的研究概况及最新进展进行归纳。总结出罂粟科植物主要含有生物碱类、挥发油类等化学成分 ,其药理作用主要体现在对神经系统作用、抗肿瘤、抗病毒等方面 。

This paper reviews the literature concerning the chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Papaveraceae plants during the past years. It is showed that there are some compounds, such as alkaloids and volatile oil. The major pharmacological actions appeared in nerve system, anticancer, anti-virus, etc. Finally, proposal perspective is given for the studies on papaveraceae plants.
