1776例拟婚女性生殖健康状况分析

Analysis on status of reproductive health of 1 776 unmarried females

目的 :为了解咸宁市拟婚女性生殖健康状况 ,为制订有效预防措施提供依据。方法 :对 2 0 0 2年 7～ 12月在本市婚检中心接受婚前医学检查的 1776例未婚女性婚检资料进行分析。结果 :咸宁市女青年初婚年龄平均为 2 4 .2岁 ,初中以下文化程度占 38.96 % ,未婚先孕发生率为 16 .2 0 % ,生殖道感染检出率为 6 .90 %。文化程度低者未婚先孕发生率及生殖道感染患病率明显高于文化程度较高者 (χ2 =37.5 1,P<0 .0 1及χ2 =2 6 .16 ,P<0 .0 1)。外地人员未婚先孕发生率及生殖道感染患病率明显高于本地人员 (χ2 =4 .98,P<0 .0 5及χ2 =11.5 4 ,P<0 .0 1)。结论 :生殖健康状况与居住地及文化程度有关 ,在未婚青年中进行性病知识、性卫生。

Objective:To understard the reproductive health of the unmarried females in Xianning and to provide an evidence for work out an effective preventive measures. Methods:To analyze 1 776 cases which the females has accepted the medical examination in Xianning premartial check-ups center from Jul. 2002～Dec. 2002. Results:The average age of the first marriage youth females was 24.2 in Xianning. It was 38.96% people under the middle literacy, the unmarried pregnant rate was 16.2%, and 6.9% people were diagnosed with reproductive tract infection. The prevalence rate of unmarried pregnant and reproductive tract infection is obviously higher in the low-literacy than that in high-literacy(χ 2=37.51, P<0.01 and χ 2=26.16, P<0.01). The prevalence rate of unmarried pregnant and reproductive tract infection is obviously higher in people from other than ones in the local.(χ 2=4.98, P<0.05 and χ 2=11.54,P<0.01).Conclusion:The reproductive health is contacted with the literacy and the living condition. It is necessary and urgent that teaching the knowledge of the reproductive health about the sex, sexual sanitation, avoiding pregnant in unmarried youth.
