Approach on Optimal Selecting the Dependence Relation between Precipitation and Run Off with Computer

本文探索利用计算机进行优选、率定符合水文特性的降雨径流经验相关关系的方法。采用浮动多项式模型对降雨径流关系公式化,能够避免定线时的人为误差,简化方案编制工作,提高产流预报的准确性、时效性,给利用计算机进行处理提供了可能。

This paper researches the approach for optimal selecting the correlation relation between rainfall and run off, conforming to hydrology characteristic using computer. Using floating multinomial model makes the relation formulism between rainfall and run off ,this can avoid the error to setting-out, and simplify the work for redaction and improve the accuracy and time efficiency for forecasting run off, and provides the possibility to deal with them using computer.
