Analysis of Factors Influencing the Diagnostic Accuracy of CT-guided Percutaneous Chest Biopsy

目的 :分析影响CT引导经皮胸部活检准确性因素。方法 :回顾性分析 2 5 8例胸部肿块活检病人的临床资料 ,评价单点、多点切割活检 ,肿块直径≤ 2 5cm、 >2 5cm的诊断准确性。结果 :单点组诊断准确率 75 0 % ,多点组 88 3% (χ2 =7 78,P <0 0 1) ;肿块直径≤ 2 5cm组 89 3% ,>2 5cm组 89 1% (χ2 =0 0 1,P >0 0 5 )。结论 :诊断准确性方面 ,多点切割优于单点切割 ,肿块直径≤ 2 5cm和 >2

Objective:To analyze the factors influencing diagnostic accuracy of CT_guided percutaneous chest biopsy.Methods:The Clinical data of 258 cases of chest tumor underwent percutaneous biopsy were studied to analyze differen_ ces of diagnostic accuracy in one_cutting point and multi_cutting points,tumor diameter of 2.5cm or less than 2.5cm and more than 2.5cm. Results:The diagnostic accuracies of one_cutting point and multi_cutting points groups were 75.0%,88.3%(χ 2=7.78,P<0.01),respectively,the tumor diameter of 2.5cm or less than 2.5cm and more than 2.5cm groups were 88.3%,89.1%(χ 2=0.01,P>0.05),respectively.Conclusion:In diagnostic accuracy,the multi_cutting points are better than one_cutting point,and there is no difference between tumor diameter of 2.5cm or less than 2.5cm and more than 2.5cm.
