The Clinical Application of Foldable Multifocal Intraocular Lens Implantation

摘要 目的 :评价白内障超声乳化多焦折叠人工晶体 (MIOL)植入术后的远、近视力、角膜曲率变化的临床效果。方法 :2 0例 2 5眼老年性白内障行超声乳化MIOL植入术。术后定期观察远、近视力及角膜曲率等指标。结果 :患者术后平均远视力 0 84 ,近视力 0 72 ,术后角膜散光情况与术前比较无明显变化。结论 :MIOL能保证远、近及中距视力范围内的视觉效果(患者术后可不依赖眼镜 ) 。 Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of the patients distance vision, near vision and corneal astigmatism by foldable multifocal intraocular lens(MIOL).Method:The phacoemulsification was performed with the implantation of MIOL on 25 eyes of 20 patients with senile cataract.The indexes of postoperative distance vision, near vision and corneal astigmatism were analyzed periodically.Results:The average distance vision of the patients with cataract was 0.84, near vision was 0.72.There was no obvious difference between the preoperative and the postoperative corneal astigmatism.Conclusion:The MIOL, provided a high level of full vision, has a satisfactory effect clinically.
