胃泌素释放肽前体在小细胞肺癌诊断中的研究进展 被引量：13

摘要 应用酶联免疫检测 (ELISA)法检测人胃泌素释放肽前体 (ProGRP) ,对小细胞肺癌 (SCLC)有较高的敏感性和特异性。它不仅可用于SCLC的早期诊断 ,而且有助于疗效的判断和肿瘤复发的早期发现 ,故有较高的临床实用价值。ProGRP是比神经元特异性烯醇化酶更为特异。
