摘要
论述了黑龙江省进行现代化水田建设的客观需要与可能性;分析其适应条件及经营与机械配置;阐明了具体规划设计方案;并对不同模型进行了效益比较分析。
This paper discusses the objective demand and possibility of the modern water farmland construction and analyzes the suitable condition,administration and mechanical installation.And it also expands the concrete plan and design scheme and makes a comparative analysis on the different model.
