摘要 通过总结覆盖件模具设计中的特点,对覆盖件模具的修边工艺设计过程进行分解,重点解决了覆盖件修边工艺设计中的修边工艺知识定义和修边线算法问题。进一步完善了创成式覆盖件冲压工艺设计系统,提高了工艺设计的效率和质量。 The issue of trimming process in panel die design has been discussed.On analysis of panel die design process,solution to the problems of design knowledge and design algorithm in the trimming process planning for panel die design has been aimed at,with which the performance of creative CAPP system for panel stamping process planning been improved, its application capability enhanced.
