国产与进口盐酸溴环已安醇止咳祛痰作用疗效比较

Effect comparison of imported and domestic ambroxol hydrochloride tablest

目的 :观察国产与进口盐酸溴环已安醇止咳祛痰作用的临床疗效。方法 :12 0例患者随机分为A组 (治疗组 )和B组 (对照组 )。两组均为 60例。A组口服进口盐酸溴环已安醇 ,每次 1粒、tid、疗程 7d。B组口服国产盐酸溴环已安醇 ,每次 1粒、tid、疗程 7d ,按用药前后的症状比较 ,判断疗效。结果 :A组慢性支气管炎急性加重期 ,急性支气管炎 ,支气管扩张症并发感染的总有效率为 93 .8%,B组的总有效率为 90 .3 %,两组差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :两药的止咳祛痰作用相近 。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of imported and domestic ambroxol hcl tabs in relieving cough and dispel phlegm.Methods:120 patients were random divided into A(treatment) group and B(controlled) group (n=60). A group were treated by imported ambroxol hcl tabs. B group were treated by domestic ambroxol hcl tabs. The course of treatment was 7 days, one tablets, tid. The curative effect was judged by comparison of symptom before and after taking the medice.Results:The total effective rate of A group was 93.8% in treating chronic bronchopneumonia and bronchiectasis combined with infection. It was 90.3% in B group. There was no signficant difference(P>0.05). The side-effect rate was 12.67%、16.67% in A B group respectively (P>0.05).Conclusion: both are effective and safe in relieving cough and dispel phlegm, the curative effect is similar.
